New stuff: I have a Finder window. in the second row of icons in the title part of the window the first two are backward and forward buttons for navigation. Hover the cursor over them for a bit of time and a window pops up telling you the same thing it told you the other 385,682 times you did it. You can not turn it off AFAIK I looked for ways to turn it off and did not find any. This is using my processor cycles and I want them back. There is entirely too much spinning beach ball
