It was the Saturday of the Blue Angels I was driving East on SP Dam Roadin between Appian and Milton in the right lane driving 25 MPH in a 25 MPH zone.
Some fellow comes right up behind me and hugs my bumper. I put on my hazard lights and after a bit come to a stop. He goes around and I follow. Plate is 5WHK594. We pass Milton and he turns into the parking space of the apartment complex and I pass and pull over and park at the earliest opportunity.
Said DWP comes by and I follow, he turns right on Clark Road and I continue. Then he comes along after coming back from Clark and passes me and at one of those streets that goes up the hill to somebodies driveway he parks as if he were ready to T-bone me. I look at him as I pass by and observe that he has had apparently enough and pulls out and goes West.
