Spearheaded by our local energy filled neighbor we met to exchange contact information and plan strategies to abate the situation.
During the meeting the question was posed concerning whether the police would be checking people out who happened to be in the neighborhood.
To answer that I will report the following:
I had started on the day's task of moving a root ball for a Rose from one part of a yard to another the shortest block away from the last Sunday's meeting(20090118).
To do this I had taken a dolly I had constructed for moving some equipment and had bought four pneumatic wheels, two steel axles and 8 collars and had attached one of the axles to the dolly which is now a cart and had assembled a tripod with three T-beams I had constructed from 10 foot 2x4's linked together with a short length of chain and using a cable winch(come along) and some nylon parachute strap configured as a sling.
