S.W.A.T. Officer Explains Why Gun Control Laws Are Completely Ineffective

In the video below, Dom Raso consults with his friend Jerry, a S.W.A.T. officer, about how gun control laws are completely ineffective at deterring real-life crime.

Jerry is in a unique position because he apprehends criminals and is able to see what happens to them as they move through the justice system.

Many criminals get off the hook because of multiple factors, including the "three strikes and you're out" rule and how plea bargains routinely reduce the number of charges brought against armed criminals.

Jerry says, "If somebody wants to commit a crime, they're going to commit a crime regardless of whatever tools of the trade they use for it." Watch the video here:
