So.... I was on the receiving end of a death threat. "Oh, are you still alive?"
I was at the ARCO station and this woman obviously out of place spare changing me, tall, slim, eloquent, attractive very light skin black woman. Willow Woman I shall call her.
Who am I to you that you would tell me such? The unasked question
I am working on material for a book or a paper called Marketing Strategy and Tactics of the 21st Century Rennaisance Engineer, me.
This and what I have been writing for years, Growing Up As An Alien in California
Because of happenstance my life has changed and the a new book title evolves The Coincidence of Two Random Events and "Walking Dead Man"
I have Asperger's syndrome, a form of autism. My particular place on the autistic spectrum is that I don't have a fear response.
Gets me into trouble. Not long ago from now which is Halloween 2009 a young boy was thought to have climbed on a balloon and set loose the tethers. I did a similar thing when I was 3 and wandered off accompanied only by two dogs, Fishface and Poncho, and walked a distance which I can now calculate with the aid of Google Earth.
No doubt my Mother was terrified. After I was found and returned home they had the dogs killed.
Autistics and particularly those with Asperger's Syndrome can get into trouble. Witness recently this hacker in England, Gary McKinnon, who is fighting extradition for breaking into DoD computers looking for information about UFO's and aliens, and able to do so because of weak passwords. -=- p@ssword -=- They ought to hire him as a QA Engineer to harden their systems.
I would be so lucky to only have to worry about that.
So revisit lack of a fear response.
Why is this a problem
