911 +471 -=- 20100711 I am going on an errand and I drive to Greenridge where I see a car with three fellows, one with a black flat brimmed hat. One fellow is being dropped off and he walks toward San Pablo Dam Road

911 +418 -=- 20100518 A house in our neighborhood gets rented out to what appears to be a pair of punks. Then more show up. Now there are two fellows there who clain to be brothers but they don't look alike. Both drive 7 series BMW's and wear flat brimmed hats and are aggressive to me but at the same time are pleasant and smiling. The place sems a punk crash pad with a lot of different people.

911 +392 -=- 20100422 I am going to HillTop to pay a garbage bill. I am on HillTop road and as I approach the Chevron station a Harley rider pulls out in front of me burning rubber. He turns around and looks behind him. As I follow he pulls over to the side of the road and lets me drive by then pulls in behind me and I comre to a halt at the signal on the East side of I-80. When the light changes I follow my usual slow accelleration. I cross the overpass and he takes the onramp to go West on I-80

911 +387 -=- 20100417 I am coming back from Home Depot and there is this white Chevy, the style liked by the low riders as it had space in the trunk for lots of batteries like when it is equipped with low rider hydraulics. Coming up Valley View he stops at the crest of the hill and touches his ear where he has a phone plugged into it. As I drive by he starts up again and follows me as I turn right on May Road. He passes on May then turns up Santa Rita Road

Two days ago on the 16th I was working on a job after acquiring with my truck 2000 pounds of base rock. As I was unloading some of it a truck drives by with three young people in it, one a light skinned black dude who gives me a look. It was an old orange truck of the sort which are salvaged county vehicles, made up to look like a gardener or trash hauler except there was plywood on only the side of the truck facing away from me. I can use this incident as something to produce fiction, and the fiction is that lying in the bed under a tarp is one or two fellows armed with AK-47's

911 +338 -=- 20100227 So I went to a meeting in the city. The talks concerned a Cisco 2950 series router, a server and two WiFi links. oCTF is six months away. I go to a place to eat with the crew, but look at $10 for a hot dog and think for $10 I could buy a lot of food so I leave thinking I will stop at the market. So I am coming across the bridge and this big truck pulls up next to me and I look over and there is Smiley who is looking at me and waves, so I wave back. The truck pulls ahead and the person in the back seat flips an ash out the window. I write this.

911 +81 -=- 20090617 I discovered by doing a google search that someone had taken 15 of my youtube videos and embedded the code on a web page. When I first looked there were google ads. I went back later and found a site for sale link.

911 +78 -=- 20090614 On the 10th of June 4 days ago I was walking up the hill and encountered my across the creek neighbor who told me that 2-3 months ago he saw exit from my yard into the creek a fellow known to hang out near the Philips house. He describes him and I imagine who might fit that description. The next day I see a bicyclist come from the direction of the Philips house go East on Canyon and turn right to go up my street. I cop U whip out my camera and film the fellow I know as Larry as he crosses the first next intersection and continues. If he was intent on arriving at a destination it would seem he would go West on Canyon from the Philips house to that intersection directly. The time precision of the burglary indicates criminals watching and waiting for opportunities and Larry can be performing lookout functions. I select slides from the video and post on web page. People look and confirm my name for him.
Today I observe google hitting the images of Larry. An hour and 9 minutes later I observe Larry being arrested by that foxy deputy. I still don't know if this Larry is the fellow observed by my across the creek neighbor.

911 +75 -=- 20090611 It was for failure to appear. I knew I had to take care of it but the only thing between the house being vulnerable and being burglarized again was my housemate's presence and his health has been steadily degrading since he moved in. I had talked to him about a Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid check out. I had notified some close confidants of the issues and some said leave. I immediately thought of the old man on the mountain. He lived on the slope of Mt. St. Helens which blew up when my daughter was in utero which was in 1980. There was quite a bit of volcanic activity and everyone but him had evacuated. He would not leave as his whole life was centered around his house and might just as well be dead if he couldn't stay there. Since the break in the house here has become more organized as my strength comes from my organization and being able to find something when I want it. When you move that automatically means loosing something, with perfect organization and record keeping it would be possible but it is not something I would attempt in a hurry. Saturday the day after the burglary I spent the day with some 2x4's and my router mounted in my router table. I shaped the wood so that it could be bolted to the side rails on the constructed by me truck bed after taking off the utility body whose novelty had worn off after having the truck for a while. Once I had the so constructed top rails mounted on the side rails I was able to mount the lumber rack taken from one of the other junk trucks in my yard of which there are two. If I want to move things having the truck with the lumber rack is better. Nothing done hastily. I used recessed T-nuts to fasten the brackets(Thomas&Betts Superstrut¨) which support the juncture of the side rails and the top rails, the latter on which rests the lumber rack.

911 +74 -=- 20090610 On March 27th I was subjected to a residential burglary. In a time window of opportunity of nine and one half to eleven minutes between the time my Housemate left and I arrived. I felt sufficiently threatened to barricade my house. Only in the last few weeks have I felt comfortable leaving.
The judge upon hearing this reduced my fine from $601 to $60 a savings of $541 -- $7 a syllable, more or less.
I celebrated by buying a hot dog and a Schlage Primus lock cylinder

911 +74 -=- 20090609 So today I walked up the hill and Ron and Jim were standing in the street, Ron being a recent victim of burglary and I found out Jim has been burgled twice. He lives in a house on the other side of the creek from me and he said that a couple of months ago he observed a fellow coming through that 16 foot section where the fence is down in a different part of my yard. Jim chased him out of his yard by yelling at him and the perp went up the creek and exited into the fields in back of my house. This fellow he knows from him riding a bicycle on Canyon Road and fits the description of a fellow who hangs out at the Philips house, that which is considered the meth house by the neighbors. The folks living next to the Philips house to the immediate West have left the house, me thinking them the refugees. The house over the back fence from the refugee house is also vacant but in forclosure.
I went out and looked at the creek and I had placed a barrier made of fence post, a cross piece and some hog wire and had stuffed a large amount of cut blackberry stalks on the outside. The blackberry barrier had been pushed down. I don't have good pics yet, and there is a backlog for publishing images.

911 +72 -=- 20090607 I have managed to return to work after a 72 day absense. Coincidently the across the street neighbor and my friend at the place where I was working died and police and fire came. I managed to have an interaction with the police and I stated to him "My housemate left the house nine and one half to eleven minutes before I returned" I practiced saying that to myself before hand and counted 22 syllables. I said also "That is an indication of the time precision these individuals operate at" or something to that effect. I said also "That is the extent of what I want to say about it" I didn't take note of his name but his labels were Pistol Expert and Firearms Trainer. He told me to call and file a supplemental report.

If I out myself as autistic and say that I have communication issues if you have encountered an autistic and if you recognized that person as autistic you might remember what you thought when you encountered such a person before you leared about autism and learned to recognize autism when you encountered an autistic.
Yes if you have seen one who didn't talk at all or if you saw one and he made you think retard. Listen to him talk and you think retard, think he is someone you can pick on and he has a Tae Kwon Do green belt but taught himself to read at age three and can tell you what day of the week fell on some random date that you pick.
If I say communication issues and I refer to the phrase: "If you are so smart why aren't you rich" musing on that you encounter me and see almost abject poverty and I tell you that I wrote a textbook on Quantum Mechanics and you can't believe me as you might expect someone who was that smart to be rich.
That is a communication issue.

911 +65 -=- 20090531 four days have elapsed since I requested some acknowledgement from Contra Costa County Sheriff and nothing has come of it. I get as much attention as anyone does who has a residential burglary. They have announced that residential burglaries will not be prosecuted, whatever that means. Why should I get extra attention? Because society has not yet found a way to make it possible for me to earn a living, me unable to find a way for myself, coincidentally I am autistic.

911 +61 -=- 20090527 on two month anniversary of break in I call CoCo County Sheriff to follow up on the report that I gave on the 22nd of April which I thought was an instance of stalking, fellow answering said he would discuss the matter with the other two principal deputies who had contacted me in previous instances. I had told the fellow that I was autistic and thus had communication issues. I told him immediately that I had studied TCP/IP networkig so I knew what was missing in human communications. I managed to express that what was needed was acknowledgement.

911 +52 -=- 20090518 took the Tercel to SPPD to have registration violation signed off. The registration problem had been corrected early in March. I felt comfortable enough with my preparations I could attend to the task of looking for the courtesy notice. Once I found it it was overdue and the car, which I had not driven since the day of the first of the two random events, I was able to swap with the truck without taking either out of the yard. This was made possible by the redwood droppings having been moved on 04/26

The Terminator has been cut up to remove the doors and windows except the windshield. I am using 3M ¨ Super77 Spray Adhesive (send money)

911 +21 The spray adhesive was sprayed on the windshield and black plastic sheeting was pressed there upon. The same was done on the inside of the glass.
Using a Rigid ¨ Shop Vacuum to collect glass particles the windshield was removed.

Farewell to The Terminator
This is my Stihl ¨ chainsaw, new to replace the chainsaw that was stolen by the thieves which are terrorizing this small community Canyon Park 20 plus burglaries since December, some car thefts in broad daylight, some hot prowls.

Update at +20 days. Wood from woodpile is palletized with arresting hook and on back of truck on standby.
