The same day I encountered Willow Woman I was driving South on San Pablo Avenue close to San Pablo Dam Road. A hispanic type driving the same way turned around to look at me I saw the emblem on hit grey like color not like anything I saw before. I recorded his plate.
Bicycle riders: A fellow rode by on my street coming up from Canyon and traveling West. I watched in my rear view mirror as he rode to the end of Elmwood and turned North on Clark Road. Not taking the shortest route.
he had a t-shirt that showed his shoulders, had tattoos, sun glasses, baseball hat. I wrote earlier of observing Larry ride a bicycle on Canyon to Elmwood taking the long way by riding past my house to turn North on Clark Road.
Another day, a dark haired man in 20's or erly 30's rode West as I passed going East on Canyon, as I went to Greenridge and turned West on SP Dam Road I see him riding East on Dam Road. So he rides through a loop in my neighborhood.
Tuesday night November 3rd I had called Mark and had met him at Lucky's on Fitzgerald Drive in Pinole 8:15 or so and borrowed his copy of Leopard(Mac OSX 10.5). Returning I am driving Eastbound on Dam Road and have this large white van type vehicle as much as I can see at night in my rear view mirror. The vehicle follows closly until he figures out I am not going to drive any faster and backs off a bit. I turn right on Greenridge and notice that this vehicle turns right there as well. When I turn Right on Canyon Road and the van turns also so I continue on Canyon and drive to Clark Road and turn left and watch in mirror to see the van pull a U turn and cease following. I continue up Clark and observe a nondescript car parked near the school with two or more fellows wearing black baseball caps with flat brims.
Wednesday night and I leave the house to walk West on Elmwood I observe three large men walking East on Elmwood, bare heads short cut hair. It is too dark to see any faces I continue and as I walk by I smile at them. Unusual for the neighborhood. I went to the El Sobrante Municipal Advisory Committee meeting at the Library. This is the evening of the same day of the 16 car arson fires in my neighborhood, one of them only two blocks away. I later bring up maps.google.com and find the addresses of the fires and plot them out on the map and notice the first(A), second(B) third(C) and fifth(E) locations almost plot a straight line but if I draw a line through the fourth(D) and fifth location it intersects where I saw the three trolls on my street.
Later I walked up Valley Lane at 10:44 PM and saw what I concluded a person scavenging recyclables walking down the lane. As the person approached she called out "Steve?" I said "What?" "Oh I thought you were Steve" hoarse voice from smoking, a blond woman.
